In La Boutique Trattoria Viajera, we are travellers by vocation and have always enjoyed the gastronomic offerings born from the traditions of other places. Spicy flavours, sweet and sour, exotic sauces, ingredients from cold lands and flavours from hot places. But our cuisine always has an Italian soul, the Italian soul of all of us who make it up; because we love pizza al taglio, pasta made as it used to be, the crispiness of a freshly baked focaccia or cured meats from the cold mountains of Trento.
