 What is a cookie?

A cookie is a data storage and retrieval device on the terminal equipment (PC, laptop, phone, or any other device) of a natural or legal person who uses, whether for professional or non-professional reasons, a service provided by this responsible entity. Such cookies may not be used to launch programs, transfer viruses, or otherwise damage the user’s terminal.

While this policy uses the general term “”Cookie,”” as it is the primary method of information storage used by this website, the browser’s “”Local storage”” is also used for the same purposes as Cookies. Therefore, all the information included in this section is equally applicable to “”Local storage.””

What are Cookies used for on this website?

The collection of “cookies” from our users helps us improve the quality of our website, allowing us to monitor which pages are useful, which are not, and which can be improved. Cookies are essential for enhancing the user’s browsing experience, providing advantages in the delivery of interactive services and making our website easier to navigate and use.

The information collected through Cookies also allows us to improve the website by estimating usage numbers and patterns, adapting the website to individual user interests, speeding up searches, and more.

What are Cookies NOT used for on this website?

We do not store sensitive personally identifiable information such as your address, password, credit or debit card details, etc., in the Cookies we use.

How can I configure or disable Cookies on this website?

Internet browsers are typically configured to accept cookies. To prevent the use of cookies in your internet browser, you can disable them through your browser settings and delete any cookies already set.

Your internet browser’s help functions will explain how to disable and delete cookies. Please note that disabling or deleting cookies may cause some features of our website to stop working as expected. Furthermore, disabling/deleting cookies only affects the internet browser you are currently using. For other internet browsers, you will need to disable/delete cookies again. The cookies that may be necessary for certain features of our website are listed below.

Additionally, there are several ways to prevent the installation of certain cookies, either by selecting them in the banner or pop-up we display when you access our website, or individually with the respective service provider whose tools we use for certain purposes. We will explain this last option in the section below entitled “How to disable cookies in your browser” or you can access it directly by clicking on +info

In accordance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the Data Controller may install cookies and similar technologies on users’ devices if they provide their consent after receiving clear and complete information about the purposes of their use. The objective of this Policy is to provide this information in a way that is useful to the user.

This consent may be obtained through explicit means, such as clicking on a section that indicates “”I consent,”” “”I accept,”” or other similar terms. It may also be obtained by inferring it from an unambiguous action taken by the user, in a context where the user has been provided with clear and accessible information about the purposes of the cookies and whether they will be used by the publisher and/or by third parties, so that it can be understood that the user accepts the installation of cookies.
